Science is Cool

My kids love to do science experiments, I bought this little test tube filled with tiny colorful looking balls, that expand and change texture over time in water. They became squishy and bouncy and about the sizes of marbles. We started by sorting the different colors out. Muffin pan worked well for this. We made our predictions about what would happen when we put them in water...
I gave them each a pair of tweezers two containers (one with some water) and a medicine syringe. To use however they wanted, Ryker enjoyed trying to shoot water across the room.

I think they had fun, and it was fun for me to watch them work side by side, checking each others progress every now and then.
